Since 2015, I have been Director of Training and a part of the Jordanian Expert team providing training and consultation services. I built and developed many training programs and curriculums for healthcare workers. I am a master trainer in Leadership and Management diploma, Clinical Instructor diploma, and Health Educator diploma. I have been serving as an advanced nurse Specialist in Nursing and Education – JNC . and participating as a member of developing standards and competencies of professional development nurse specialist JNC in 2019. Additionally, " Furthermore, I served as a head of establishing policies and procedures committee MOH, and ahead of all planning educational activities committees /ANCC 2021, and a nurse planner of PU till now. I hold leadership roles as Head of the training and education department in the Nursing Directorate at MOH, I participated in many committees and conferences and conducted hundreds of training and education courses for post and undergraduate learners.
